Sessions
Weekly sessions are usually recommended unless there are special circumstances. The length of your therapy is based on your unique needs and goals and should not be determined by limitations imposed by insurance companies.
Before your first session, please fill out the Client Intake Forms found on this site. Fill them out and bring them with you when you come to your first session.
Prices
- Initial Session: $200.00 for a 60 minute session.
- Future Session: $175.00 for a 45-60 minutes session.
- Discount Pricing: We offer a 15% discount for the advance payment of 10 or more visits.
- “Sliding Scale” can be available under certain circumstances (No Insurance coverage) based upon yearly income:
- $0 to $15,000 $25.00
- $15,000 to $25,000 $30.00
- $26,000 to $30,000 $35.00
- $31,000 to $35,000 $40.00
- $36,000 to $40,000 $45.00
- $41,000 to $45,000 $50.00
- $46,000 to $50,000 $55.00
- $51,000 to $55,000 $60.00
- $56,000 to $60,000 $65.00
- Over $60,000 $75.00
Payment Policies:
- Payment is expected at time of the visit.
- We accept Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard and Payment plans are available.
- Failure to keep your appointment or cancellations received within 24 hours of your appointment will be a $25 charge.
Insurance Panels
- I am an in-network provide for most insurances companies. This means that your care may be covered if you have met your deductible and co-pay.
